Wonderful old home in the beautiful redwoods village of Occidental in picturesque West Sonoma County, aka West County. This home has been in the one of the pioneering Occidental families for decades. Church Street is the heart of downtown Occidental, just a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, the grocery store and library -- pretty much everything you need! Occidental and the surrounding areas are also home to world-class hiking and biking, the Russian River, parks, creeks, old growth redwoods, and wineries -- and, of course, Doran Beach and the incomparable Sonoma Coast. The home has been extensively remodeled in recent years, so you'll be able to move right in to your sweet new spot. And one more thing! Limited Commercial zoning may allow for additional possibilities. Buyer to investigate.
